Buxar/Sasaram : Prime Minister Narendra Modi today said people are now saying “enough is enough” to Congress for neglecting poor, promoting dynastic culture, patronising corruption and its failure in giving befitting replies to Pakistan for fostering cross border terrorism and the party would not get support from them in Lok Sabha elections due to such approach in its long tenures in the past.
Mr Modi, taking a cue from a senior Congress leader Sam Pitroda, considered as “Guru” (guide) of Congress president Rahul Gandhi, who had said “Hua To Hua”, (so what if it happened) while replying to a query of a reporter on anti-Sikh riot in New Delhi and other parts of the country after assassination of Prime Minister Indira Gandhi in 1984, said it reflected insensitivity of Congress and people were aggrieved and deeply hurt over such approach and they are now saying for the grand old party, “Ab Bahut Hua”, (enough is enough) for its failures on all fronts during its long earlier tenures in power.
The Prime Minister, while addressing public meetings at Buxar and Sasaram seeking votes in favour of NDA candidates for Lok Sabha elections, said Congress had inflated ego and it was least concerned for the cause of poor and protecting the interest of the nation. Earlier Congress regimes had surrendered before the terrorism and failed to give befitting reply to Pakistan for promoting cross border terrorism, he alleged.
“People are so fed up with Congress for its long list of failures in past that they are saying to the party while twisting its ears, ‘Ab Bahut Hua’ (enough is enough),” Mr Modi said adding that security forces of the country were brave enough in carrying out ‘Air strike’ on Pakistan bases terror camps but Congress and other opposition parties were demanding dead bodies of terrorists as proof of the such valour. People of the country were not prepared to tolerate parties like Congress any more for its past misdeeds, he remarked.
